We are very happy for your visit to our platform and we are willing to answer each of your questions and accompany you in all the purchasing and research processes of new products for your spaces.

It is very important for us to communicate that these products are handmade and sometimes may present minimal variations with respect to the presentation photos, this makes each one unique and keeps the spirit that we want to transmit alive. In turn, at all times we will respect the laws protecting consumer rights and the code of Good Practices in Electronic Commerce of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.



Payment methods

We are an e-commerce, so all transactions are carried out through WebPay, an electronic payment system responsible for making automatic charges to the user's bank account.

All our products are available, except those that are out of stock or “sold out”, and can be paid through:

1. Visa, Mastercard bank credit cards, issued in Chile or abroad.
2. Bank debit cards with Redcompra system available, issued in Chile and by a national bank.

Our payment methods are outsourced to companies that provide these services, independent of Fazlamare, which provide a professional and discreet service with an SSL security system. They ensure correct operation and exclude Fazlamare from liability for failures in its operation.
