Refund policy
You can request the exchange or return of any new item after you have received your purchase without problem. For this you must send an email to hello@fazlamare.com attaching your proof of purchase, your name, email associated with the purchase and telling us the reason for your decision. In that case our team reserves the right to evaluate its condition when reviewing the product. If the return has been accepted, an issue that will be informed through the email that has been registered. To make these operations effective we must synchronize with the following:
The product must be unused, in the same condition in which it was delivered, properly packaged. This condition is met for all our products except those that require assembly.
Due to indecision or dissatisfaction:
To apply for refunds you must be informed within 10 days after receiving your purchase.
To apply for product changes you must be informed within 14 days after receiving your purchase.
In both cases, make sure that the product is unused, with all its accessories and original packaging as it was delivered.
It does not apply to products described as unique.
Charges: For returns there will be no charge for the removal of the product, for changes there will be the same shipping cost for its replacement.
For products that have defects:
Products that are defective in their manufacturing and are declared to have original defects, damaged or incomplete, must be declared within the first 5 days after receiving your purchase for immediate exchange without any problem. These will be spare parts free of charge for the customer according to the national legal guarantee. It also applies if the product received does not correspond to the product purchased or if its materials, accessories, elements or substances do not comply with what is mentioned in the web details.
In both cases:
After the request, and the subsequent withdrawal of the product, our team will carry out the diagnosis to proceed with the exchange or return. In the case of products that are reported as used, returned in poor condition or have defects attributed to the customer, the request will be denied. (Art. 21 Consumer Law 19,496).
All our products are manufactured by hand, not in series, which in some cases may present variations between the presentation photo and the actual one shipped that day. They are made in small batches ensuring their quality and manufacturing, for this reason, we recommend that you place your exchange orders in a timely manner.
Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks for the money return process.
If for any reason a double payment for the same product or purchase order occurs by a customer due to technical failures, Fazlamare will return the amount of the overpayment within the first 5 business days after receipt of the respective claim, in which the the originals of proof of incorrect payment.
