Shipping & Delivery
1. Coverage
• We ship to all of Chile; In Santiago we ship with our own office and in regions through Pkte1 and personalized transport. For regions, the shipping method and tracking code will be sent to your email once your purchase is delivered to the transportation service.
• If you want to quote the dispatch of an order to your region, write to us at hello@fazlamare.com
2. Types of Delivery
• Normal dispatch (own transportation).
• Dispatch to regions (Pkte1 or customized transport).
• Retreat at Americo Vespucio Norte 1798, Vitacura.
3. Delivery Times
• Delivery times depend on each product and the type of delivery chosen in the case of Regions. The date is considered from the payment confirmation.
•Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., these can be delivered to third parties (family members or janitors). We recommend that you notify that you will receive an order in your name.
•It is the customer's responsibility to send a valid address that ensures receipt of the order at the delivery time. Delays caused by: the customer's absence at the time of delivery, incorrect registration information, the customer's refusal to accept the shipment and change of address are not the responsibility of Fazlamare. Any of these cases are the responsibility of the customer, who must pay again to coordinate the reshipment.
4. Shipping Costs
•For shipments in Santiago, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, considering the dimensions, weight and distance of the shipment.
•For shipments to the Region, the cost is calculated by the transportation company, so shipments are "payable" at the customer's address.
We work mainly with Pkte1, but in the case of products that require special care, we recommend our clients send them through personalized transport to ensure that the order is delivered in perfect condition.
These orders are quoted by us based on our experience or can also be done by the client.
